Over 80% moulds are exported to Europe, American etc all over the world.
We use UG for designing. Quotation will be provided in 2 working days normally.
Generally speaking, for the small moulds ( below 0.6M ), we need 4-5 weeks in total; 5-7 weeks for the moulds from 0.6M to 1M while we need 7-8 weeks for the moulds that are above 1.2M.
We have a strict quality control system. It includes incoming quality check, in-process quality control, and tool buy-off quality assurance. We work closely with you from start to finish of each project. Once a week, will update the project status to customer with photos and detailed time planning.
We will measure sample according to customer part drawing, and submit part measure to customer in 3 days after T1. We will improve sample sink mark, flow mark, flash etc problem before send sample to customer.
Well, after customer send the PO, we will send the customer the invoice, a 40% deposit payment is required this stage, we will make DFM report and discuss the technical issues with customer, and then start to do mold design. after receive the payment and customer confirm our design, we will start machining.
We usually use FOB, but we can do DDU/CIF/EXW if customer needed.
